Fitch Solutions is seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor, providing global support to HR Business Partners and business leaders across a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in delivering consistent, high-quality HR guidance across the employee lifecycle—supporting day-to-day advisory needs, helping to interpret and apply policies, and contributing to people initiatives that strengthen performance, engagement, and culture. Working with Fitch Solutions means partnering with a broad range of stakeholders and client types, each with distinct needs and priorities. The HR Advisor will collaborate across functions and geographies, bringing a practical, solutions-oriented approach to employee relations, change, and operational HR support—balancing local context with global standards to help bring a best-in-class experience to our stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to be a critical member of an experienced, high-performing HR team supporting circa 1,200 employees globally. You'll be instrumental in both keeping our HR operations running smoothly and shaping our People agenda through continuously evolving business priorities and needs.
