About The Position

The primary purpose of this job is to performs a variety of duties in Human Resources department with a focus in staffing, onboarding, employee projects, services and training support.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Previous experience working with Microsoft applications (excel, office, etc).

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources related field
  • Previous Human resources experience
  • Previous administrative working experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for ordering office supplies as well as maintaining purchase orders and invoice coding for the department.
  • Responsible for maintaining documents in the employee electronic files.
  • Administer employee programs that include but aren’t limited to retiree processing, service award program, rapid cast, recognition programs, personnel record upkeep, etc.
  • Support all internal staffing, onboarding activities for new hires and lead new hire orientations.
  • Administer position requisition entry and tracking.
  • Administer approval and storing process for training requests and tuition reimbursement process.
  • Support coordination, tracking and planning logistics of company training programs.
  • Cross train in defined areas with other HR roles of similar nature
  • Support other HR areas as needed including CI events, special projects, and responsibilities.
