ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Process biweekly payroll through ADP Workforce Now (or applicable ADP platform). Process mileage and other reimbursements Review and verify timesheets, PTO requests, and attendance records for accuracy. Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and labor laws. Prepare and maintain employee files and HR documentation (new hire, termination, benefits, etc.). Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies. Support HR Manager with reports, audits, and compliance filings. Maintain confidentiality and data integrity of all employee records. Assist with HR projects, communications, and company initiatives as needed.
