About The Position

Markertek, a div. Tower Products Incorporated, is a highly specialized broadcast and pro-audio supply house serving the technical side of the media industry. We are currently looking for an HR Administrative Assistant who has passion, the know-how, and the desire to take servant leadership to the next level. It’s a responsive and responsible attitude that our team counts on. As the HR Assistant Administrative Assistant you will support and assist the HR Director with a variety of tasks/activities in a helpful, compassionate and friendly manner. As part of the HR TEAM, you will: Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resources files and records Maintain accurate and up-to date files, records and documentation Provide clerical support to the HR department Adhere to and support adherence to company Core Values, policies, state/federal labor laws Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff Support recruiting, on-boarding, community action and special event activities Perform multifaceted general office/administrative tasks Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in an administrative role and/or HR environment (2-3 years preferred)
  • ADP a plus
  • Adobe/Canva a plus
  • Bi-lingual a plus
