We are partnering with the leadership team at Beams to assist in their search for a for a proactive, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep their office running smoothly while assisting the HR Director, Safety Director, and COO with confidential tasks including assisting with recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, safety/risk management, safety prequalification, and other duties as assigned. Because the phone system is automated, this support role focuses more on greeting visitors, opening daily mail, and completing administrative projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, staying organized, and learning how HR and Safety operations work inside a growing company.
