Your role at BHSN: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our HR team. This role helps ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, leave administration, employee records, and general administrative tasks. The HR Administrative Assistant is key to keeping HR processes running efficiently and supporting both employees and leadership in a professional and timely manner. What your day might look like: Provide administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HRIS updates, and document management. Serve as a liaison for credentialing and support the credentialing process. Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation scheduling. Support leave administration, time-off tracking, and other employee benefits processes. Coordinate and assist with recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and tracking candidate status. Prepare HR reports and maintain compliance-related documentation as needed. Act as a point of contact for routine HR inquiries, escalating complex issues to the appropriate source. Support HR projects as assigned, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.

Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative experience in an HR or office setting is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and willingness to support various HR functions.
