About The Position

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized HR Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact at our corporate office front desk while supporting the HR team with administrative tasks. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle frequent interruptions while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to frequent interruptions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
  • Reliable with a commitment to punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • No criminal background that would be incompatible with a corporate office environment (background check required).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or HR administrative role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Receive and distribute deliveries, maintaining accurate records.
  • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Perform data entry tasks with accuracy, including updating employee records and HR databases.
  • Run reports to support HR initiatives and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with administrative functions such as scheduling, preparing documents, and organizing HR events.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for HR records and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support recruitment, onboarding, and other departmental projects.
