About The Position

H2O Away is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented HR & Administrative Assistant to support daily operations across multiple departments and act as administrator. This role works closely with the Executive Office Manager and plays a key part in HR coordination, office administration, recruitment support, and internal organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative support, HR assistance, or office management preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency with basic office software and systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including paperwork, system access, and coordination with management
  • Support HR processes such as personnel file maintenance and compliance tracking
  • Monitor and manage the recruitment center, including job postings and applicant flow
  • Assist with employee communications and internal HR coordination
  • Serve as the lead administrator, providing organizational and administrative support
  • Assist the Executive Office Manager with scheduling, documentation, and special projects
  • Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
  • Manage uniform inventory, ordering, and distribution
  • Referral payouts & tracking
  • Monitor and maintain vendor W-9 forms and related documentation
  • Assist with vendor setup and internal tracking
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including creating and assembling promotional marketing boxes
  • Lead and monitor PEX Cards as directed
  • Provide general administrative support to marketing initiatives as needed
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups across departments
  • Support internal processes to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Perform other administrative and HR-related duties as assigned
