Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience in HR administration, coordination, or similar operational roles
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence working with systems, data, and reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity to learn and expand within HR operations

Responsibilities

  • Build Efficient, Frictionless HR Operations Help standardize onboarding, orientation, and HR processes across properties
  • Maintain clear and accessible HR resources, including policies and Code of Conduct materials
  • Support HR Business Partners by reducing administrative burden so they can focus on strategic work
  • Support Executive Leadership Coordinate schedules, priorities, and key initiatives for HR leadership
  • Track progress on important projects and ensure follow-through
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and materials that support executive decision-making
  • Help organize leadership meetings, trainings, and communications
  • Serve as a Bilingual Culture Bridge Ensure clear, consistent communication in both English and Spanish
  • Help translate not just language-but intent, tone, and culture
  • Support leaders and associates in navigating workplace questions and concerns
  • Strengthen trust and engagement across a diverse workforce
  • Strengthen HR Data & Systems Maintain accurate and reliable data in Dayforce and HR systems
  • Support training tracking, reporting, and completion efforts
  • Help ensure leaders have the information they need to make better workforce decisions
