This hybrid position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and serves as the primary Human Resources Manager for the organization, while also providing administrative, scheduling, and communications support and all related functions including employment, benefits, compensation, training, and employee relations, while ensuring consistent and compliant practices across the organization. Additionally, this position supports administrative operations for leadership, coordinates EMS scheduling, and manages social media communications to enhance employee engagement, recruitment, and public outreach.
