Protiviti is looking for a People & Change Senior Manager to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team. As a Senior Manager, you’ll partner with our clients to identify and manage people advisory and organizational change transformation opportunities. You'll develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods. You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery. You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market. You will also be a mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

  • Experience in change management consulting with strong project management experience.
  • Experience partnering with organizations to lead broad organizational and cultural change.
  • Ability to take initiative, move quickly, and drive progress with minimal direction.
  • Strong executive presence, including the ability to represent the organization well in impromptu or ad‑hoc conversations with senior leaders.
  • High level of professionalism and maturity when engaging with executives and cross‑functional partners.
  • Experience supporting global, complex, multi‑year projects.
  • Comfort using project management tools such as Monday.com and adapting quickly to new technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 7+ years working in Human Capital Consulting with a focus on change management, either in professional services or industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.

Nice To Haves

  • Oil and gas industry experience a plus.
  • Professional Certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PMP, CMPP, or similar strongly preferred.
  • PROSCI certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and managing project activities to ensure alignment with overall goals.
  • Engaging executives effectively, demonstrating emotional intelligence and effective communication skills.
  • Collaborating across functions to optimize processes and enhance operating models.
  • Communicating clearly with stakeholders at all levels, including upward communication to leadership.
  • Applying expertise in transformation and organizational change management.
  • Demonstrated experience in culture change, operating model design, and process/ways‑of‑working optimization.
  • Proven ability to execute project management responsibilities within complex, global, multi‑year initiatives.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities and identifying and implementing strategies to obtain new work or clientele.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring, and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
