Protiviti is looking for a People & Change Manager to join our growing Business Performance Improvement team. As a Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our People & Change practice to grow our business, help to identify new opportunities and work with our clients to deliver people-focused transformation solutions. With a focus on Talent Advisory and/or Change Enablement, you'll vision leading strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking, and devise solutions to support your clients' needs using the latest AI tools and leading methods. You’ll contribute to growing our People & Change business, developing lasting relationships with our clients and furthering relationships through delivery excellence. You’ll foster a network inside and outside of Protiviti and serve as an ambassador of People & Change as we grow this segment. You will also be a mentor and delivery coach to teams as you oversee the successful completion of our work in the areas of Talent Advisory, Change Enablement, HR Transformation, Work and Rewards, Employee Experience and Culture, and HR Audit and Compliance.

  • Demonstrated experience with: Supporting or leading technology change initiatives, including process transformations and/or implementing new systems, tools and platforms.
  • Conducting work activity analyses, such as talent skilling calibration, workflow optimization, or identifying gaps in processes.
  • Facilitating design thinking workshops or sessions with clients or teams to drive innovation, problem-solving, and creative solutions.
  • Analyzing and enhancing existing HR processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with best practices.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor on operational effectiveness and continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Utilizing AI tools and technology as accelerators to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, or optimize workflows in projects or processes.
  • Evaluating, summarizing, organizing, and interpreting data.
  • Ability to support and develop business proposals, including scoping, solution design, and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.
  • Ability to translate and communicate risk topics and issues to client personnel, including executives.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.
  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited university in relevant academic area or equivalent relevant work experience
  • 5+ years working in Human Capital Consulting, Human Resources or Change Management, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications with specific emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

  • Consulting experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with ERP implementation (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow).
  • Secondary emphasis on Visio and Access.
  • OrgVue or Prosci certification preferred.
  • Professional certification such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM SCP, PMP or similar is a plus.
