About The Position

The Housing Service Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of housing-related services. This role ensures that housing services are delivered to eligible members quickly and in accordance with program specifications.

Requirements

  • Preferred Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience required
  • 3 years of combined experience in customer service, health office reception/management, coordination of social services, or similar
  • Ability to learn new processes and the use of administrative systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Background inclusive of customer service or similar
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
  • Flexible, adaptable style that takes in stride last minute changes
  • Able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Strong interpersonal skills, independently resourceful and thrives in a fully remote environment
  • Initiative to complete projects and tasks independently
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Delivery of time sensitive housing services such as:
  • Rent and utility payments to landlords and providers
  • Vendor management and coordination of home modification projects
  • Provisioning small appliances or cookware
  • Provisioning of houseware and furniture
  • Work with members, network partners, and internal FLIPA staff to ensure proper service delivery
  • Support identification of gaps in inbound housing referral process and provide feedback for training and communication
  • Verify member eligibility for services
  • Review and process requests and all relative supporting documentation for accuracy
  • Maintain service delivery records
  • Communicate with various partners in service delivery both written & verbal
  • Document and track referrals and organize member files to coordinate with both internal staff and external partners
  • Other duties as assigned
