About The Position

Housing Administrator The primary purpose of your position is to provide plan, organize and direct the overall operations of the residence program in this community in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator or Designee. The Housing Administrator is to supervise the day-to-day operations of the residence and all activities at the residence. Requirements

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license as RCA or HFA in the state.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in Gerontology, customer service or community relations or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working in an assisted living or with the geriatric population preferred.
  • Two to three years of supervisory experience preferred.
