Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: 1. Assist in the resolution of tenancy problems; respond to complaints; collect rent and rent arrears. 2. Interview residents; investigate, and verify information obtained. 3. Inform tenants of Housing Authority rules, regulations and requirements. 4. Perform income and employment verifications for the purpose of rent determination. 5. Conduct field visits for rent collection/home visits regarding housekeeping concerns/window guards/air condition surveys, etc. 6. Perform rentals and complete annual/interim reviews. 7. Perform case reviews and/or process lease renewals/contract rent changes. 8. Attend administrative hearings. 9. Make court appearances. NOTE: Assignments will be made throughout the borough of the Bronx.
