Under general supervision, with some latitude for independent initiative and decision making, the selected candidate will perform responsible work in support of the Leased Housing Department, Inspection Unit, Certification Team. The Unit is responsible for inspecting all subsidized units on the Section 8 program to ensure they are maintained in accordance with Housing Quality Standards (HQS) and the National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE).
