Although it serves a variety of consumers, the agency focuses primarily on providing care to low-income, high at- risk youth. The Housing and Homeless Program Support Specialist plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the Transitional Housing Programs. This position provides flexible, responsive, and hands-on support to multiple areas of the program, with a focus on assisting the Housing Manager, supporting Transition Specialists, and addressing emergent operational needs. The role involves frequent collaboration across interdisciplinary teams, providing administrative and logistical support to uphold program efficiency and service delivery standards.
