The Housing Advocate Team Lead will perform various duties relating to working with poverty and vulnerable populations. This team member will work at The Road Home’s Most Vulnerable Population (MVP) crisis services and shelter program, serving up to 160 adult individuals daily. The MVP Program prioritizes aging and medically vulnerable individuals who are experiencing homelessness, providing safe, accommodating non-congregate emergency shelter. The Lead Housing Advocate will provide excellent customer service, resources, and support to our Resource Center guests from a Trauma-Informed Care and Housing-Focused perspective.
