Requirements

At least two years of housekeeping or related experience preferred
Successful completion of prescreening hiring requirements
Strong attention to detail and a high standard for cleanliness
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service
Dependability, professionalism, and teamwork
Basic math and inventory skills helpful

Responsibilities

Clean resident rooms and shared spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and changing linens
Maintain a safe and sanitary environment following all health and safety guidelines
Perform laundry tasks and assist with inventory control for linens and cleaning supplies
Identify and report maintenance concerns or room issues promptly
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Support a respectful, service-focused environment across all areas of the community
