About The Position

As our Housekeeping Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to leader for cleanliness, organization, and teamwork. You’ll ensure our facility shines while supporting and motivating a hardworking team that takes pride in their work.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience (healthcare or long-term care is a plus!)
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• An eye for detail and a heart for service
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Leading, training, and supporting the housekeeping team
• Making sure resident rooms and common areas are clean, safe, and cozy
• Scheduling staff and keeping operations running smoothly
• Maintaining supplies and equipment (no empty soap dispensers here!)
• Ensuring all cleaning standards and health regulations are met
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and staff
