About The Position

The Housekeeping Supervisor @ Woodland Terrace maintains a clean and safe community for residents, family members, guests, and associates by coordinating and directing all housekeeping services. Ensures the safety and health standards for the property are being met. Inspires and ensures the delivery of exemplary customer service by all housekeeping associates. Schedule: Full‑Time — Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Range: $21–$23 per hour

Requirements

• High school graduate; some college preferred
• Three to five years’ experience as a supervisor and/or in a housekeeping lead role
• Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed

Nice To Haves

• Senior Living experience
• Spanish‑speaking skills
• Technical training or certification (e.g., National Environmental Health Association) is desirable

Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities
• Inspect associates’ work performance
• Schedule general cleaning before move-ins and after move-outs
• Investigate complaints about service and equipment
• Arrange for services, such as painting, repair work, renovations etc.
• Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
• Remain updated in changing in OSHA laws and/or other regulations
