Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of housekeeping experience, with prior inspection experience preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and mentor team members effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, supplies, and equipment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills for report management.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and maintenance standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff for improvement.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to address any deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to management.
• Assist with training housekeeping staff on cleaning techniques and hotel policies.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and report shortages.
• Support the housekeeping team during busy periods or special projects.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all housekeeping activities.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve concerns related to housekeeping.
