Housekeeping Supervisor - MGM Springfield
About The Position
As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily operations on assigned floors, addressing guest complaints and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for both guests and staff. We are looking for an experienced housekeeping professional with a passion for maintaining high cleanliness standards and delivering exceptional customer service. If you have 2+ years of supervisory experience in the hotel industry and are ready to lead your team in providing a luxurious and inviting atmosphere, we want to hear from you!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ Years of prior relevant Housekeeping experience
- 2+ Years of prior relevant Supervisory or Management experience working in a similar resort setting is preferred
- Able and willing to work Full-time schedule 8-10hr shifts, anytime from 7am-12:45am including weekends and holidays
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and high standards on assigned floors.
- Resolve guest complaints promptly and maintain excellent customer service.
- Conduct inspections of guest rooms and manage records of repairs and quality of work.
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff, ensuring compliance with policies and safety regulations.
- Complete daily reports and submit required paperwork using technology.
