About The Position

Stanly Ranch, Auberge Collection is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join their team. This role is crucial in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort for guests at the luxury resort. The supervisor will lead and support the housekeeping team, ensuring efficient and high-quality cleaning services for guest rooms and public areas, and fostering a culture of excellence. This is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done, as team members are expected to find new ways to look after the business, guests, and teammates.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years Housekeeping experience
• Able to communicate in English
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a luxury hotel preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the housekeeping team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and high-quality cleaning services.
• Inspect and ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas, enforcing established standards and promptly addressing any issues.
• Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and coordinating orders as necessary.
• Create work schedules, assign tasks, and distribute workload among housekeeping staff to ensure timely and thorough completion of cleaning responsibilities.
• Address guest requests, concerns, and inquiries related to housekeeping, providing solutions and maintaining a positive guest experience.
