Housekeeping Supervisor: Along with the Room Attendants, you have the unique opportunity to make a guest's stay memorable. The Housekeeping Supervisor will inspect the room before the guests arrive to ensure the room is the best it can be. This position will delegate any issues to the appropriate departments and act accordingly to remove the room from inventory. The housekeeping supervisor will also train room attendants to ensure the standards of cleanliness are met. Assign tasks, planning, providing all necessary training and handling customer requests.

Requirements

Have a keen eye for detail, time management and great customer service skills.
Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
Able to work as a team and independently.
Flexible working hours.
Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
Physical mobility and stamina.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms to exceed brand and guest standards.
Maintaining inventory
Assign housekeeping tasks.
Provide necessary training.
Schedule appropriately with Housekeeping Manager.
Control and ship lost and found items in a timely manner.
Time management skills.
Problem solving skills.
ing any technical issues and maintenance needs.
Updating status of guest rooms to appropriate departments.
