Housekeeping Supervisor
About The Position
Laurel Parc, a beautiful senior living community just north of the Beaverton/Hillsboro area seeks a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the Housekeeping team! This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining resident apartments and various internal areas of Laurel Parc. This position is also responsible for facilitating, coordinating and overseeing all activities for the housekeeping department under the guidance of the Maintenance Director. The Housekeeping Supervisor is ultimately responsible for helping to achieve the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, service and quality for our residents and guests. Pay: $23.75 - $24.25 per hour DOE Shift: Full-time
Requirements
- All team members must have the basic ability to use computer/smart phone applications for training and company system purposes. Employees must also be able to comprehend written documents such as work orders, safety rules, instructions, policies, and procedures. Also required is the ability of employees to speak and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers and management.
Responsibilities
- Schedules, directs, delegates and prioritizes tasks and relays to the housekeeping staff.
- Performs housekeeping duties which include but are not limited to; vacuuming, mopping, cleaning restrooms, changing lightbulbs, emptying garbage and recycling and dusting.
- Cleans and spot cleans resident apartments, community areas, offices and other common areas on a regular or as needed basis.
