Requirements

Proven experience in housekeeping or hospitality management, with supervisory responsibilities
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety procedures
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
High school diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Additional training or certification in hospitality management is a plus

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met
Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff to promote efficiency and professionalism
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with quality standards
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper usage and stock levels
Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow
Address guest requests and resolve any issues related to cleanliness promptly and professionally
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
Maintain health and safety standards in accordance with company policies and regulations
