About The Position
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for managing the selection, training, development, and performance of the housekeeping and laundry staff.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in a healthcare setting.
- Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities
- Establishes and communicates job responsibilities and conducts performance reviews.
- Maintains cleanliness within the facility, including resident rooms and public restrooms, by following policies/procedures and infection control guidelines.
- Completes resident discharges and prepares rooms for next admission.
