We’re looking for a kindred spirit to join the team at Kindred Resort, a new elevated luxury property located at the base of Keystone Resort in Colorado. The Housekeeping Operations Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining public spaces, supporting room attendants with daily operations, and performing laundry duties to uphold Kindred’s luxury standards. This role includes working in public areas, guest corridors, service areas, and the laundry facility, ensuring that all spaces, linens, and supplies are clean, organized, and guest-ready. With kindness, professionalism, and strong attention to detail, the Attendant contributes to a clean, safe, and welcoming resort environment.

Requirements

  • Previous housekeeping, laundry, or hospitality experience preferred.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual skills (Spanish) a plus
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication and guest service skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30–50 lbs, depending on task.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, or reach for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied schedules as business needs require.
  • Dependable, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused with a positive attitude.
  • Valid U.S. driver’s license and MVR check may be required depending on duties.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, elevators, hallways, stairwells, and other shared spaces to luxury standards.
  • Restock restroom and public‑area supplies, ensuring all spaces remain clean, organized, and guest‑ready.
  • Collect, transport, and properly sort soiled linens, terry, trash, and recycling from guest floors and service areas.
  • Support room attendants by delivering linens, amenities, cribs, rollaway beds, and other supplies as needed.
  • Assist with moving furniture, replenishing carts and closets, and maintaining organized storage and supply areas.
  • Perform laundry duties, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distributing clean linens and terry.
  • Monitor linen levels, participate in inventories, and report shortages, damages, or discard needs.
  • Keep hallways and service areas clear of debris, trash, equipment, and room‑service items.
  • Respond promptly, kindly, and professionally to guest requests and questions.
  • Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, damages, or supply issues to leadership.
  • Follow proper safety procedures, including chemical handling, equipment use, and emergency protocols.
  • Support sustainability practices such as recycling and responsible use of chemicals and resources.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all working areas, including housekeeping closets and the laundry facility.
  • Assist with special projects and deep‑cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing, floor polishing, and detailed public‑area cleaning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support smooth, efficient housekeeping operations.
