• Leadership & Team Management • Supervise, train, and schedule housekeeping staff, including room attendants, laundry staff, and housemen • Conduct onboarding and ongoing training to ensure adherence to hotel standards • Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment • Monitor staff performance and provide coaching, corrective action, and recognition as needed • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and readiness standards are met • Manage room inventory status (clean, dirty, out-of-order) in coordination with Front Desk • Ensure efficient turnover of rooms to meet check-in timelines • Oversee daily room assignments and ensure timely completion of all cleaning tasks
