About The Position

Job Description • Coordinates the work of team members. • Develops and maintains scheduling of staff to meet and/or exceed department service requirements. • Resolves problems or refers matter to supervisor/manager. • Observes and documents team member’s guest service and technical performance. • Trains team members on departmental policies and procedures and documents the training. • Assists with ensuring that departmental policies and procedures are followed. • Ensures staff is aware of marketing promotions and changes related to Viejas Enterprises, policies and procedures. • Maintains all equipment in good working order and available for use. • Maintains professional demeanor and communication. • Maintains consistent attendance, punctuality and appearance that contribute to a high level of team performance and guest service. • Responds in a timely manner to trouble calls such as issues, leaks, lights, parking issues, etc • Empties trash cans throughout the parking structures, lots and guest areas. • Maintains casino floor, parking structures, lots and guest areas free of debris and trash. • Uses appropriate equipment for cleaning projects such as Scrubber machines or ICE machines. • Documents call incidents as appropriate. • Attends training classes required. • Understands and practices good safety and sanitation procedures. • Always handles cleaning chemicals as directed using proper formula for their safe use. Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
