Housekeeping / Exterior Maintenance
About The Position
Ensure all areas of the Club are clean and sanitary. Responsibilities include cleaning entry and exit doors, pressure washing exterior building surfaces and sidewalks, cleaning windows and gutters, maintaining golf course restrooms, and washing floors as needed. This position also includes emptying trash receptacles throughout the property and providing light housekeeping support when needed. Reports any maintenance concerns, including damage, burned-out bulbs, or plumbing issues, to the Maintenance Director. Performs other duties as assigned by the Maintenance Director or General Manager.
Requirements
- Must be able to meet physical job requirements, including climbing ladders, standing for extended periods, walking, crouching, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Must be comfortable working at heights using ladders and lifts.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- This position requires a five-day work week, with availability on weekends and holidays as needed.
- Typical working hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
- Qualified candidates will be reliable, professional, and able to successfully work in a team environment.
- Candidates will have effective listening and communication skills and a strong desire to provide excellent service.
