About The Position

The Lobby Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all items and surfaces in designated areas of the hotel ensuring the JW Marriott Nashville’s cleanliness standards.

Requirements

• Ability to speak, read, write and understand English
• Professional demeanor appropriate for a luxury environment

Nice To Haves

• High School diploma preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned work areas
• Stock cleaning carts with designated supplies and equipment
• Wipe shelves/counters; and sweep, vacuum, and mop floor and stairwells
• Transport any food and beverage trays/items in public areas to service areas
• Clean public and Internal Guest bathroom mirrors, vanities, sinks, toilets/urinals, walls, and floors
• Stock vending machines and bathrooms
• Sweep and maintain front entrance
• Report damages or maintenance problems whenever seen
• Perform additional duties and projects as assigned
