We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-driven Housekeeping Floor Supervisor to lead our team and ensure every guestroom meets Hilton brand standards.

Requirements

Previous housekeeping experience required; supervisory experience preferred
Experience in a hotel environment (Hilton or similar brand strongly preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountable
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment

Nice To Haves

Experience in a hotel environment (Hilton or similar brand strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and brand standards are met
Provide real-time coaching and feedback to Room Attendants to improve performance and consistency
Ensure rooms are guest-ready in a timely manner to support Front Office operations
Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores related to cleanliness
Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with Engineering for prompt resolution
Oversee daily assignments and ensure completion of boards
Maintain inventory control of linens, supplies, and amenities
Support training, onboarding, and development of housekeeping team members
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns in a professional, service-oriented manner
