This role is an integral part of delivering a high-touch, luxury guest experience, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, precision, and personality. The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the housekeeping department to ensure that the guest rooms, public areas, and back of house of the hotel are kept clean and orderly. Additionally, the Housekeeping Supervisor provides support and guidance to the housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of housekeeping operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee room inspections, coordinate daily assignments, and ensure all guest areas, both front and back of house, are maintained in pristine condition.
  • Support, coach, and develop Housekeeping Band Members, ensuring performance standards are met while fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Proactively identify and resolve maintenance needs, monitor room status, and ensure alignment with Front Office and Engineering for seamless operations.
  • Manage guest requests and concerns with professionalism and urgency, ensuring each interaction reflects our commitment to exceptional service.
  • Maintaining inventory, safeguarding equipment, and ensuring compliance with all operational procedures, safety standards, and brand expectations
