About The Position

Job Summary: Coons Franklin Lodge is hiring Housekeepers for the Summer of 2026 season. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest cabins and common areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests. Supervisory Responsibilities: None.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory
• Availability to work flexible summer schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques advantageous

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain cabins and common areas according to established standards
• Perform duties such as cleaning bathrooms, making beds, vacuuming, and dusting
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
• Restock supplies in rooms and common areas as needed
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Staff can join in our guest Yoga class In the Lodge, Tuesdays at 10am.
