About The Position

Coons Franklin Lodge is hiring Housekeepers for the Summer of 2026 season. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in guest cabins and common areas, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not mandatory
• Availability to work flexible summer schedules, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• Familiarity with cleaning products and techniques advantageous

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain cabins and common areas according to established standards
• Perform duties such as cleaning bathrooms, making beds, vacuuming, and dusting
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously
• Restock supplies in rooms and common areas as needed
• Report maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Benefits

• We provide dorm-style housing and 3 staff meals a day. We can accommodate most dietary requests. Room and board will be deducted from your paycheck at the rate of $65 per week.
