Requirements

  • Frequent climbing of stairs, bending, reaching, stretching, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and temperatures
  • Stamina to remain active for extended periods throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred; Forbes or Michelin experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Clean and service guest rooms, suites, public areas, and colleague or office spaces according to Forbes and Hyatt luxury standards.
  • Ensure all amenities, linens, and supplies are fully stocked,anized, and presented to brand expectations.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail, ensuring every area feels fresh, weing, and flawlessly prepared.
  • maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
  • Greet guests in a warm and professional manner, responding to requests with efficiency and care.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues across departments—including Front Office, Engineering, and Guest Experience—to ensure seamless service.
  • Support Ventana's sustainability initiatives by following eco-conscious cleaning methods, recycling protocols, and waste-reduction practices.
  • Uphold confidentiality, safety, and guest privacy standards at all times.
