About The Position

This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction and may include training, scheduling, payroll and interviewing Front Office Supervisors lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process andmunication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. Hyatt associates work in an environment that demands exceptional performance yet reaps great rewards. SHIFT: a flexible schedule to work primarily mid and evening shifts. Weekends are required. We work with our team on holiday requests and extend based on business needs and seniority. The wage range for this opportunity is $25.00 - $27.00 per hour. This is the hourly pay rate for this position at Ventana Big Sur, and Alila Resort reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factor including experience, and training levels. Alila Ventana Big Sur is an all-inclusive resort which means select positions such as this are eligible to receive a service charge payout ranging from $300-$500 per week subject to change based on business levels. Requirements

  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
  • Refined verbal and writtenmunication skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations.
