About The Position

A private household in Encino, CA is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented Household Manager / Personal Assistant to oversee daily home operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong multitasking abilities and technical proficiency. The ideal candidate is flexible, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing both household logistics and staff.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience working in a private estate or similar environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Experience managing household staff
  • Proficiency with smart home systems (including Crestron), Mac computers, iPhone/iPad, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable vehicle
  • Comfortable working in a home with multiple dogs

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the general operations of the home
  • Maintain organization and ensure the household runs efficiently
  • Manage inventory of household supplies and groceries
  • Supervise household staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews
  • Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repairs, and service vendors
  • Plan and assist with events hosted at the residence
  • Pack and unpack for travel
  • Troubleshoot basic technology issues (computers, printers, scanners, smart home devices)
