Sage HausHudson, NY
3d$28 - $32

About The Position

We are a busy family of four living in Hudson, NY. Our days are full between school schedules, travel, and the natural rhythm of family life. Throughout the year, we also spend time in New York City, so our household often moves between locations, requiring us to stay organized and ensure the home remains well-maintained. Our home is a space we truly care about. It’s thoughtfully designed with carefully selected materials that require special attention and care. We need someone who truly cares about cleaning and maintaining these surfaces with precision, ensuring that every corner of the home is tidy, organized, and well-kept. We value a home that feels clean, calm, and organized. The ability to maintain systems, keep spaces neat, and stay on top of laundry and storage will be key. Whether it’s looking after delicate fabrics, organizing closets, or maintaining kitchen tidiness, we’re looking for someone who takes pride in keeping everything running smoothly. We’re looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team and takes pride in supporting a household behind the scenes. We appreciate people who take initiative, notice what needs to be done, and genuinely enjoy creating a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. You are a professional, self-directed individual who genuinely enjoys creating order, efficiency, and organization in a home. You have a natural eye for detail and take pride in spaces that are not just organized, but thoughtfully arranged and maintained. You love systems — whether it’s a perfectly organized pantry, a well-run laundry routine, or beautifully managed storage spaces. You notice the small details others might miss and take satisfaction in making things look and function just right. You appreciate the balance of functionality and beauty and understand how important it is for every detail to be in place. You’re highly organized, proactive, and able to take ownership of tasks without constant direction. You’re a problem solver who can anticipate needs, follow through on projects, and maintain systems once they’re in place. At the same time, you are collaborative and comfortable taking direction when needed. You’re also capable of handling simple meal prep and managing household administrative tasks, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From organizing schedules to overseeing household supplies, you keep things in order so the family can focus on what matters most. You bring a positive, non-judgmental attitude and a “no task too big or too small” mentality. You’re discreet, trustworthy, and looking for a long-term role where you can bring consistency, care, and pride to maintaining a beautiful and well-run household.
