Both parents are leaders in the tech space navigating high-demand, fast-paced work environments. Our days are filled with decision-making, problem-solving, and constant human interaction, which means when we step into our home, we value calm, order, and thoughtful execution. Our children are 18 months apart, high-energy, expressive, and full of personality! We are all the life of the party and deeply loving. Our home is active and joyful, but also busy. We care deeply about creating an environment that feels tidy, elevated, and well-managed without being rigid. We value aesthetics, organization, and thoughtful systems that make daily life smoother. We are seeking a proactive, intelligent partner who can come in quietly and confidently to minimize our mental and physical load of managing our home. We value being present and enjoying our family time and are excited for this level of support in this season of our lives. Who You Are You are an experienced, self-directed House Manager who thrives in high-capacity households. You are intelligent, mindful, and highly efficient, and able to take initiative without waiting for instruction. You don’t need to be managed. You think things through, solve problems independently, and take pride in executing with care. You have high emotional intelligence and understand boundaries. You are warm and kind, yet focused and not seeking social interaction. You respect privacy and move through a home with discretion. You understand that your presence should feel seamless and supportive but unobtrusive. You love a clean, organized, aesthetically pleasing home. You notice details. You elevate spaces. You create systems that last. You are conscientious, motivated, and confident taking ownership of tasks — building trust through reliability and thoughtful execution. Childcare experience is helpful but not the primary focus of this role. You are comfortable flexing into support as needed, but your strength lies in running a home efficiently and independently.
