About The Position

We are a dynamic family of three, balancing demanding careers and raising our young child, seeking more breathing room in our home—less rushing, fewer stresses, and more space to feel grounded and connected. Our home is a work-in-progress after a significant remodel, and we are now focused on organizing and fine-tuning our space. We’re looking for someone to help manage day-to-day tasks, keep our home organized, and handle household logistics to allow us to enjoy more quality moments together. We are a fun, honest, and warm family, seeking a trusted partner to create a home that supports our lifestyle, reduces stress, and increases daily flow. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and systems-driven, with a proactive attitude to anticipate needs and follow through with tasks. You should understand the dynamic of a private family home and be aware of the mental load of running a household, creating seamless solutions. We value a flexible, adaptable person who can adjust to fluid schedules while maintaining high standards for cleanliness and organization. A warm and kind energy is key. The ideal candidate takes initiative, is collaborative, highly detail-oriented, and can keep everything in order without constant supervision. You will be the quiet force behind a well-run home, a 'magic fairy godmother' who leaves everything organized, tidy, and in its place, allowing us to focus on what matters most. A true self-starter, reliable, and able to anticipate needs, you will help alleviate the mental load and ensure the house stays in top shape.
