Our days are centered around our family rhythm: balancing school, activities, work, play, and being present with our children, and we value creating a home environment that feels supportive, calm, and connected. Mom is a stay-at-home parent and is deeply involved in the daily intentionality of the home and children. This role works closely alongside her in tandem — collaborating, dividing and conquering, and supporting the flow of the household together. Dad has a growing business and often has long work days, making evening support especially meaningful for the family. Our home is lively, full of movement, pets, and activity. We love to travel, spend time together, and are mindful about creating space for connection, health, and family time. With a full household and multiple daily transitions, we are looking for someone who can bring steadiness, support, and ease into our days. We are seeking someone who becomes a true extension of our family — a trusted, familiar presence in our home who our children know and love, and who can help us create more space for connection, rest, and enjoying this season of life. Who You Are You are a warm, grounded, and experienced House Manager with experience in childcare, who genuinely enjoys being part of a family’s routine. You thrive working in close partnership with a hands-on parent and understand how to collaborate — stepping in, dividing responsibilities, and supporting the flow of the day together. You bring a nurturing and supportive steady presence into busy moments and are confident managing multiple children, transitions, and responsibilities at once. You understand how to prioritize children first while still maintaining awareness of the home and keeping things moving. You are proactive, intuitive, and detail-oriented. You naturally anticipate needs, take initiative, and help create structure and ease throughout the day — especially during busy mornings and after-school hours. You are emotionally intelligent, professional, and respectful of boundaries, while still bringing warmth, humor, and nurturing energy into the home. You align with a parenting style that is engaged, supportive, and present. You take pride in your work, enjoy maintaining a home, and feel fulfilled supporting a family in meaningful ways. Most importantly, you are seeking a long-term role where you can grow with a family and become a trusted, valued part of their lives.
