The purpose of this position is to support the Produce Buyers, Category Managers (CM), Retail Coordinators (RC), and Retail Improvement Specialists (RIS) in an effort to ensure that stores are provided adequate amounts of product in a timely manner to satisfy customer needs. ensuring produce orders are as accurate as possible to meet retail and customer needs creating and updating purchase orders (p.o.s) in Marwood. creating and maintaining new and existing items in PIMS to ensure data integrity creating and maintaining new/existing vendors in PIMS to ensure data integrity performing miscellaneous office duties maintain and post Daily Messages for the stores create/update Store Surveys in CHIP, create/update ad information in PPMS Resolving invoice issues in iTrade for vendors communicate with vendors as needed
