We are currently seeking an Hourly Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: -Self motivated -Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion -Can make sound judgement calls under pressure -Maintains a professional relationship with all employees, vendors and guests -Ability to handle a high volume workload while maintaining guests as a top priority -Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance As the Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: You will report directly to General Manager. The work week will consist of a 30-40 hour schedule set by the general manager. Requirements
- Self motivated
- Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion
- Can make sound judgement calls under pressure

- Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance
- Must have at least 2yrs of restaurant management experience
Responsibilities
- Assisting with ordering all necessary product (food, bar & n/a beverage) with proper storage
- Execution and supervision of all opening/closing duties and sidework
- Assist the General Manager with interviews, hiring, & training
- Knowledge of all food preparation, management of all food products, storage of food products per Coconino County Health Department
- Correct Management of all food specials
- Balancing cash and daily deposits
- Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
- Assist with evaluations for both FOH and BOH
- Assist with scheduling as needed
- Assist in completion of monthly inventories of Food, N/A Bev, Liquor
