We are currently seeking an Hourly Manager to join our team. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities: -Self motivated -Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion -Can make sound judgement calls under pressure -Maintains a professional relationship with all employees, vendors and guests -Ability to handle a high volume workload while maintaining guests as a top priority -Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance As the Hourly Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to: You will report directly to General Manager. The work week will consist of a 30-40 hour schedule set by the general manager. Requirements

  • Self motivated
  • Detail oriented with ability to follow through with projects to completion

  • Foster positive discussion between employees to maximize performance
  • Must have at least 2yrs of restaurant management experience

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with ordering all necessary product (food, bar & n/a beverage) with proper storage
  • Execution and supervision of all opening/closing duties and sidework
  • Assist the General Manager with interviews, hiring, & training
  • Knowledge of all food preparation, management of all food products, storage of food products per Coconino County Health Department
  • Correct Management of all food specials
  • Balancing cash and daily deposits
  • Maintaining a clean, organized work environment
  • Assist with evaluations for both FOH and BOH
  • Assist with scheduling as needed
  • Assist in completion of monthly inventories of Food, N/A Bev, Liquor
