This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks and food items, and ensuring a fun and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

Requirements

Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take orders accurately and efficiently.
Answer customer questions about menu items and make recommendations.
Prepare and serve a variety of frozen cocktails according to established recipes and standards.
Serve food items from our limited menu, ensuring quality and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the bar and dining areas.
Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy and proper cash handling procedures.
Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and setting up for the next day.
