This role combines valet services, bell support, and guest transportation into one fast‑paced position where you’ll stay constantly on the move while working both indoors and outdoors. You’ll welcome guests, transport their vehicles safely, assist with luggage and special requests, maintain the front drive, and help create exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. This position requires frequent walking, lifting, driving, and outdoor activity, making it ideal for someone who enjoys staying active. With baseball season approaching, this role offers strong tip‑earning potential

Requirements

  • Ability to drive automatic and manual
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and security procedures related to parking and vehicle management.
  • Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license with fewer than three moving violations in the past three years and no DUI convictions.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; strong communication skills.
  • Familiarity with the local area and nearby attractions.
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 80 lbs., walk several miles per shift, climb stairs, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in parking management or guest services is preferred, but not required.
