Our culture is built on three pillars: Our Actions - What we do daily to build connections and demonstrate competence Our Opportunities - How we exceed expectations and develop our skills Our Culture - The shared values that sustain relationships and reinforce excellence The Role: Valet Attendant / Bellman Location: Key West, Florida Pay: Listed pay rate is based on an hourly rate plus tip What You'll Do as a Valet Greet guests with a smile, using names and eye contact to make them feel valued Open doors, explain the valet process, and create a welcoming first impression Safely park and retrieve vehicles with care and confidence Look for opportunities to go above and beyond - from small gestures to standout moments Support your teammates and help keep operations running smoothly What You'll Do as a Bellman Greet guests warmly and escort them to their rooms, creating a smooth and welcoming arrival Assist with luggage during arrival and departure, ensuring items are handled with care and proper tickets are provided Support curbside operations alongside the valet and hotel team, assisting with luggage, packages, and guest needs Provide helpful directions and hotel-related information Build genuine connections with guests throughout their stay Assist with guest questions and follow up to ensure a great experience Maintain accurate records of luggage deliveries and pick-ups Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, service-first attitude You are not just parking cars or assisting with luggage - you are creating memorable guest experiences.
Requirements
- Someone who takes pride in doing things right and cares about people
- At least 18 years of age
- Successful completion of a background check and motor vehicle report in a manner consistent with applicable federal, state, and local laws
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
