About The Position

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first impression Open doors and assist guests with entry, exit, and luggage handling (including coordination with bell staff) Manage vehicle flow at the entrance and partner with valet to ensure safe, efficient loading/unloading Provide directions, transportation assistance, and general hotel/local information Support guests during inclement weather and ensure a smooth, comfortable arrival/departure experience Communicate parking procedures clearly to guests and visitors Maintain a clean, professional appearance in line with hospitality standards Safely lift and carry luggage up to 50 lbs independently and assist with heavier items as needed Demonstrate strong customer service, communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Collaborate effectively with valet, front desk, and bell staff to support overall guest experience Follow company policies and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Door Attendants must be able to stand for long periods of time and also be able run, walk, or jog as necessary.
  • Must be able to read, write, understand, and clearly speak with guests.
